Excellent choice of food from Japan and Asia. From lucious hot food to Sushi, it's lovely. I had a lovely experience with the staff and the restaurant was very clean and modern. I chose Sweet and Sour pork with noodles. It was a large one (small, medium and large tubs are available). I have an allergy to chilli, so stated this before I ordered. Choose a main item with rice or noodles. I also had 3 breaded prawn sticks and a drink. It was well worth the price I paid of 14 because the food was hot and plenty of it. Also I have enough left for another meal as I took it home. Cutlery and chop sticks are available. On the whole I highly recommend a visit to KOKORO if you wish to try something really tasty and want to try something from the orient. The Sushi is in a fridge and is boxed. Customer service was excellent & attention to the customer needs is great too. Accessibly for the disabled is great too. No toilets on site though. ()
Very accessible! We had a very pleasant meal with amazing food and excellent service. I am a disabled individual and have an assistance dog that detects my heart condition, the staff were extremely kind towards her, a lovely gentleman brought her water without me asking and checked that our meal was all good and if we needed anything halfway through. The restaurant was spotless and clean, service was very quick and food was hot and a good portion too. I don’t normally make reviews but this visit in particular has been one of my best expediences at a restaurant as someone disabled. Thank you very much.
Stumbled upon this restaurant during one of our night strolls in Peterborough square and I’m so glad we tried it out!!! We now have a go-to place for japanese and korean food cravings! We ordered the sushi/sashimi set and siomai! Indeed, everything was freshly made The siomai is made with real shrimp. The Kokoro deluxe set was equally good - platter of sashimi, wakame salad and sushi made with fresh ingredients. Prices are reasonable especially that it’s in a prime location. The owners and servers embody genuine Asian hospitality thank you! Already looking forward on our next visit!
Grabbed some lunch here yesterday with my partner after having walked past it several times and saying we should try it. I had the sweet abs sour chicken with rice and partner had sweet chilli chicken with noodles. Both were really tasty and were good sized portions. Staff were friendly and offered us to try the different flavours before making our choices. Will definitely eat there again.
The food was lovely and filling, making the price very reasonable. The sides are well priced and make a great addition. A little cramped, perhaps one less table in the centre and the drinks are a little pricey. The staff are polite and friendly, they work quick and make delicious food. The decorations are nice, not overstated. Overall I had a wonderful meal and time

This Korean restaurant is excellent. The staff were charming and highly attentive, and the food was very satisfying. Their beverages were impeccable, and they offered a wide variety of side dishes. The seating was adequate, although somewhat limited. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this establishment.
